Returns and refunds

You can return unopened products within 7 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Products that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
• Products that arrived damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered.

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, personal care, food, supplements and adult products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty. Electronics must be returned with all accessories and packaging.

How to return a product

1. Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo of the product.
2. We will tell you how to send the product back or arrange a pick-up.
3. Once we receive and check the product, we process your refund or replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are paid by M-Pesa within 5 business days of approving the return. If a product arrived damaged or wrong, we also refund the delivery fee.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo. We will replace the product or give a full refund.
