About these terms

These terms apply when you use https://bioderma.co.ke and place an order with Bioderma Kenya. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

• An order sent through the website is a request. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order with you.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Kenya shillings and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown at checkout and confirmed with your order.
• The price that applies is the one we confirm with you. Payment methods:

• M-Pesa on order confirmation
• Cash or M-Pesa on delivery (Nairobi)

Delivery

Delivery areas, fees and times are listed on the delivery page. Delivery times are estimates.

Returns

Returns are covered by our returns policy.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Product images may differ slightly from the item you receive. Supplements, herbal and skincare products are not a substitute for medical advice; follow the instructions on the pack and consult a doctor about any health condition. Adult products are sold only to customers aged 18 and over.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or other Kenyan law.
